Can my vehicle tow the camper I selected?

We list the Gross Weight (dry camper weight + maximum stowed cargo + full tanks weight) in the vehicle description and the hitch weight in the specs.   Check those against the information in your vehicle owner's manual.   Generally, the R-Pods can be towed by a mid-size crossover, where the larger campers need a truck-based vehicle.

What's a brake controller?  Do I need one?

You will need a brake controller to safely and legally tow any of our campers.  The controller acts to automatically apply the camper brakes whenever you slow your towing vehicle.  If you have one, great, if not we will rent you for a low fee, and help you get it set up correctly.

Emptying out the tanks sounds gross.  Do I have to do it?

Not at all!  As long as you can safely tow the camper's weight with full tanks, you can bring it back full and let us deal with it.  We do charge extra for the tank emptying service.

I'd rather spend all my time at the campground and not towing, or I'm just nervous about towing.   Can you help?

Sure, just enjoy yourself!  For an extra fee, we can have your camper delivered and set up when you arrive.   We can pick it up, empty the tanks, and tow it back to our facility when you are done.  If you are time constrained and only want to tow it one-way, just contact us for a custom quote.

How do I find the video documentation?

We post QR codes on our documentation that link directly to our YouTube videos.
